November of 2009 was the start of 6 weeks chemotherapy and radiation treatments for me.
In March of 2010 I attended the Mohill resource centre to have reflexology. Having reflexology made me relax to the extent I did not think as much about all I had been through. In fact it helped give me a new outlook in life it also made me feel much more content and at peace with myself. I do believe that reflexology helped me with my recovery and I also believe it helped in the healing of an old ankle injury. I broke my ankle ten years ago. Afterwards it became swollen and stiff, and my foot was hard to walk on. This eased a little over the years but still remained very swollen and stiff. Since I started reflexology with Teresa the swelling has gone down by 1.5 inches, the ankle is more flexible and the foot is easier to walk on.

Reflexology relaxes me. After a treatment I do feel like I am walking on air. I was very happy with Teresa’s work from the very first day. I highly recommend her. I am still having reflexology treatments. I am very grateful to Tina at the Mohill resource centre for all her help and for introducing me to reflexology and to Teresa.

I can't speak highly enough of Teresa's reflexology treatments which are truely wonderful. She has a beautiful room with a serene ambiance where you really do feel relaxed. I have been attending Teresa for about 8-10 weeks and I am definately feeling the benefits of them. I would recommend anyone to try a few sessions with Teresa.

Thank you Teresa, I have thoroughly enjoyed every reflexology session with you and always walked away completely relaxed. It was a much-needed tonic! You go that extra step to make it a wonderfully peaceful experience. I would gladly recommend you to anyone I know.

In my first visit with Teresa, she quickly identified that there seemed to be a problem with my gut. 2 weeks later I was admitted to hospital for acute gall bladder pains which was removed eventually.
Teresa works with my mum who now resides in the Monsignor Young unit in Carrick on Shannon, who is in the later stages of Alzheimer's disease which has proved to be very comforting for my mum and also that we are aware that mum is getting some quality time.

As a therapist, I have recommended Teresa for my clients in particular for those who are dealing with stress, anxiety and difficult emotions. Teresa is extremely professional at her work who goes above and beyond her call of duty.
